Reopening Your Account

Information on how to reactivate your account after a Self-Exclusion or other closure.

Reopening after a Self Exclusion

If you applied a Self Exclusion on your account, no action is needed. Your account will automatically reopen once the selected period ends. However, for accounts not under indefinite self-exclusion, you may need to follow reactivation steps via email as outlined in the "Steps for Reopening Temporarily Closed Accounts" section.

If you are still within your self-exclusion timeframe, the account generally remains closed. Self-exclusion accounts cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has ended.

Can I reopen my account before the Self Exclusion has finished?

If you wish to open your account before the Self Exclusion time has passed, you can request this to our Customer Support team via chat or email and they will review the request. Be prepared to verify your identity by providing registered details such as your name, date of birth, and the last payment method used.

Reopening after other closures

If your account was closed for other reasons (security, verification, etc.), start a conversation with us to request a review of the account status. We will guide you through the necessary steps. Note that permanently closed accounts are generally not reopenable unless escalated for review. These requests are assessed by a specialized review team, and standard support cannot make decisions regarding such accounts.
